New beginnings: reopening of S.O.P.I.

Friends and supporters of Save Our Planet International,

S.O.P.I. was an idea, then it became a website, later a team of volunteers and then... nothing! Our founder, Athanasios Sialgkanidis, first launched S.O.P.I. as a website in 2020 (08/09/2020) and about two weeks later it was transformed into a team. We organized multiple clean-up events in Greece, held many online campaigns, and managed to build a pretty good social media presence. Unfortunately, the founder (and director) was nearly doing everything on his own... He couldn't be doing all those at the time. So, he decided the temporary pause of all operations. The S.O.P.I. was shut down!

Now, the founder came back in business! We are reopening this October!
