"ReMessured" PROJECT

Upcycle Workshop & Donation

Save Our Planet International (S.O.P.I.) and the Greek Eco Project are joining forces for a good cause! And in fact... a double one! The project:"ReMeasured" is a 6-month creative workshop project on reusing plastic in a special way! In the workshops, which will take place 2 or 3 times every month, we will use bottle caps (you can bring your own) to transform them into... rulers. After the conversions, the rulers will be donated to students who are struggling financially to purchase their school supplies.

Also, we collect school supplies in good condition (e.g. notebooks, pencil cases, etc.) in a special basket to be donated (with rulers).

The project is co-organised by S.O.P.I. & Greek Eco Project. Greek Eco Project was already crafting items with plastic in their Upcycling Workshops. With their help and training we are co-organising this project.

The Greek Eco Project is an environmental organization founded in 2020 by a group of sensitized people of different backgrounds with a common denominator of love and respect for the natural environment. Based in Thessaloniki. Through their continuous environmental actions, they try to protect the environment. Because they feel the deep responsibility that falls upon them and because they believe that what you love you must protect and keep it safe individually and collectively, as our every little act is a big breath for the earth.
