A WORLD OF SOLIDARITY

A CREATIVITY CONTEST BY S.O.P.I.

Save Our Planet International (S.O.P.I.) is organising an online creativity contest to celebrate International Volunteer Day (5/12) and the re-opening of our team (5/12)!

Everyone was welcomed and invited to submit their entries and participate to this... voluntary contest.

The rules:

Eligibility. The contest is open to individuals of all ages and nationalities. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian. Members and volunteers of S.O.P.I. may participate but cannot influence the voting process.
Submission Period. Submissions open: Sunday, 30/11/2025, 00:00 (GMT+2). Submissions close: Thursday, 04/12/2025 at 23:00 (GMT+2).
How to Enter. Participants must submit their entry through the official website: 1) Upload one image: either a photograph or a drawing related to the theme “A World of Solidarity"-volunteering -> 2) Add a short title -> 3) Agree to the consent statement allowing S.O.P.I. to display the entry publicly.
Entry Requirements. The image (photo or drawing) must be original and created by the participant (not AI). Content must be respectful and appropriate; S.O.P.I. reserves the right to reject entries that include offensive, discriminatory, or unsafe material.
Voting Process. All approved entries will be published on S.O.P.I.’s social media & website (https://saveourplanetinter.wixsite.com/save-our-planet-intl) on Friday 5th of December (before 08:00 (GMT +2). Before that approved entries may be also be published sooner. Voting will take place via special form in the same page from Friday 8:00 to 21:00. Each person vote only once. Each person has 4 votes (if the entries are less than 6, those votes are: 1).
The Winners Announcement. The entry with the highest public vote wins. The winner will be announced during a live broadcast on December 5 on S.O.P.I.’s official YouTube channel. S.O.P.I. reserves the right to verify the votes and disqualify fraudulent activity.
Prize. The winner will receive an honorary digital certificate and will be featured on S.O.P.I.’s platforms. The entries with the 3 highest public votes will also be announced on social media.
Rights & Consent. By participating, you authorize S.O.P.I. to publish your entry for promotional, educational, and nonprofit purposes. No financial compensation will be provided.
Privacy. Personal information will be handled responsibly and used only for contest purposes. Information (such as name) of minors (<18) can be hidden (contact us to hide). Photos that include minors, need to hide their faces (or let us know to hide them).
Agreement. Participation in this contest constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
